How to check a certificate
- Scan the QR code with your phone camera — it should open a page on lacivler.org. If it opens any other website, the certificate is not genuine.
- Confirm the name, ID and security code on this page match the printed certificate exactly.
- Every certificate is signed by Opatola Victor, Esq., National Coordinator.
